As Bob Meadows’ eldest child and second-generation company leader, Cathy has experience in multiple roles throughout the company, serving as Administrative Manager of the Special Projects Group, Business Development Liaison, and Service Coordinator before taking time away to raise her three children. Cathy returned to MMC in 2008 and became CEO in 2015, proudly leading the helm as a woman-owned business as well as being a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors since 1997.

Rob began his career with Morrow Meadows as an estimator before advancing to Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager. He then moved into middle management as Manager of the Service and Special Projects Group, a role he held for three years. He then transitioned into executive leadership as Vice President, focusing on construction and large-scale projects, and later led the growth and expansion of the San Diego office. From 1993 onward, Rob oversaw most Southern California operations as Executive Vice President, ultimately becoming President in 2015.

Rick joined Morrow Meadows in 1984, and steadily advanced through the ranks, ultimately rising to the positions of Vice President and Executive Vice President of Construction Operations. He brings deep expertise in leading large-scale electrical contracting projects and ensuring operational excellence. He holds a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) credential, underscoring his commitment to sustainable building practices. Beyond Morrow‑Meadows, Rick has served as President of the Los Angeles Chapter of NECA, Chairman of the Los Angeles NECA/IBEW Joint Apprenticeship Training Program, member of the California Statewide Apprenticeship and Training Committee and was inducted as a Fellow into the Academy of Electrical Contracting in 2023. He also received the Coggeshall Award, recognizing his lasting impact on the electrical construction industry and commitment to training.

Throughout his career, Craig has served as the principal executive on large, complex projects, consistently delivering measurable results while fostering innovation, collaboration, and long-term impact. He currently serves as President of the NECA San Diego Board of Directors.

Tom began his career in the electrical trade as an Underground Wireman, after which he was accepted into the Electrical Apprenticeship Program. Upon completing his apprenticeship, he progressed through to General Foreman at a small electrical company before moving into an office role as an Estimator/Project Manager. Tom’s leadership and expertise led to the role of Service Manager, the same position he held when he joined Morrow Meadows. Rising steadily through the operational ranks, Tom eventually became Vice President of Operations and in 2018 was appointed General Manager of the company’s Northern California operations.

Joe has been a foundational leader at Morrow Meadows’ Northwest office, Cherry City Electric, since joining the company in March 1996, and has provided a pivotal role in its growth and transformation. His enduring commitment reflects his deep passion for building high-performing teams and contributing to the innovation and excellence for which Morrow Meadows is known. Beginning his career as an Apprentice Electrician, Joe steadily advanced through positions including Journeyman, Foreman, and Manager of both the prefab and service departments, ultimately rising to the role of Senior Vice President and General Manager. Throughout his tenure, Joe has been instrumental in spearheading key efforts such as Lean transformation and the Kaizen Gang. The latter is a cross-functional team dedicated to inspiring continuous improvement and fostering respect for people. Joe also represents the company Lean Construction Institute (LCI) industry events.

Chris began his career in the electrical industry in 1987 as a material handler with IBEW Local 569 in San Diego, where he was accepted into the then four-year apprenticeship program. After graduating, he spent 23 years with a single contractor, progressing from apprentice wireman to superintendent. During that time, he held a variety of roles including on-call Service Technician, Special Projects Foreman, Medium Voltage Splicer, General Foreman, and Superintendent overseeing low voltage, specialty, and large-scale projects across Southern California. In 2012, Chris joined Morrow Meadows as General Field Superintendent for the Poway office, and in 2020, he was promoted to Vice President.

John has lived in the Bay Area his entire life, continuing a family legacy that began in the late 1800’s. A lifelong musician, he began playing at age eight and focuses primarily on bass guitar, while also enjoying piano and drums. He’s attended around 500 concerts. Since 1976, John and his family have held season tickets to the San Francisco 49ers, and he has been to hundreds of football games. He is also an avid comic book collector, with a personal archive of roughly 10,000 issues.

He later transitioned into a preconstruction role, focusing primarily on Lean construction initiatives. Now a certified LCI-CPC Lean Practitioner, Ed brings significant value to clients by eliminating waste through Building Information Modeling (BIM), prefabrication, and state-of-the-art Lean tools. He also has expertise in facilitating the Last Planner System throughout both design and construction phases. His deep knowledge of Lean principles supports efficient, collaborative, and results-driven project delivery.
