We actively champion women in construction, and are proud to be approved by the Women鈥檚 Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC certification number 2005121975). We are also certified by the City of Los Angeles (certification file no. 8795), the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC 鈥揷ertification through Supplier Clearinghouse #7LN00020), and the City of San Diego.聽 All certifications are up to date and active.

We believe that everyone deserves a chance at success, and have partnered with 2nd Call for over ten years to help people who have formerly been incarcerated enter the trades. As part of this partnership, we have hired more than 100 electrical workers and supervisors. These individuals have made significant contributions to our business, while moving their lives in a positive direction.
