As the design-build electrical contractor for Nexus on Grand in South San Francisco, we delivered full electrical systems for this state-of-the-art lab and office space. Our scope included a new 12kV joint trench, Tier 4 generator, power monitoring, fire alarm, and ERRCS, supporting key amenities like the caf茅, fitness center, and courtyard.
