This first image of Mr. J just makes me melt, so peaceful yet he looks like he’s thinking away in his sleep!

WOW! I can’t believe how terribly behind in blogging I am! So many gorgeous little babies and beautiful bellies to share!
However I couldn’t go another day without blogging this gorgeous little girl, as I know there are many family & friend’s overseas who are anxiously waiting to meet her! Thanks for your patience Mum! I hope you enjoy!

Mr. W is nearly 3, and was in my little Ash’s Daycare class until last year… Mum asked me along to take some special portraits for their family as Grandma & Great-Grandma were coming for a visit from New Zealand! We had so much fun on the tractors, feeding the geese, turkey and chickens and just running around. Mr. W got stuck into some chocolate cake while we enjoyed a coffee and the sunshine. I have such a tough job![]()
Hope you enjoy the preview everyone, the gallery will be ready very very soon! x

We are having a stage where Ash doesn’t want to go to bed. At 830 or even later we are still struggling to settle him. On Friday after a rather long period of going up and down the stairs, I finally lay down with him to see if he’d go off to sleep with me there with him. After a while, I had an idea. Neither of my children took to teddy bears or comfort blankets, but you never know, as they grow older this could change.
So I asked him if he’d like a special teddy to hug. Yes he did. So off I went to find one of mine that I’d kept. ”Best ted” was given to me by my grandmother when I was born. He’s pretty special. Ash thinks so too. Half an hour later, he was fast asleep, and I could capture these: (yes I got teary)

My children only like their photo being taken when they have just had lunch, dinner, breakfast, jumped in a puddle, been playing in the dirt, or wearing unflattering for camera clothing. Oh well, shows them at their happiest I guess!

I was so eager to meet this little girl! I’ve never photographed a baby with quite such thick, strawberry blond hair before! I think I told Mum that I couldn’t get over her hair about a hundred times!
I hope you enjoy the preview Mum & Dad!

Although I found out the night before, the 18th saw an exciting letter arrive for Mummy, my acceptance letter back to La Trobe University to finalise my Bachelor of Arts. I had a promise to myself when Emerson was born, that the year he went to school I would go back to to finish it. While I forgot about this when I applied last year, it’s amusing that I did apply.
So when I said that 2011 was going to be busy, it’s going to be even moreso! Whilst finishing my Major in English, I will also be undertaking photojournalism, which I’m very excited about. Having grown up around the media industry, but being terrified of public speaking, this medium makes a lot of sense to me, As I already love telling stories through the camera lens!
Here’s my two boys proudly holding my letter![]()
