I know this gorgeous mum-to-be from my work with Red Stitch Theatre. I had a ball during our maternity session, playing with new colours and textures. I hope you enjoy the preview S, can’t wait to meet your baby!

It is quite literally all systems go around here. We are finally over some of the computer dramas, and catching up!
I met this amazingly gorgeous couple not too long ago, and very excited to be meeting their baby on Friday!

Get ready for a few previews! Today is preview day. Thanks to all my client for their patience while we’ve been fixing computer dramas & traveling to Brisbane & back!
I met this lovely couple a few weeks ago for their maternity session, and hopefully very soon will be meeting their baby! I had a ball during this session, and hope your love your preview (soon to be) Mum & Dad!

The time has [FINALLY] come! Welcome to the NEW Iris Creations Photography. We have had a long and tiring facelift!! Lots of things are changing, lots more new and exciting things to come! As you may notice, we are now “red”!!
Well, our awesomely fantastic new logo. When I say new, it’s new to lots of people, however was actually designed last year. Yes it’s taken that long to re-do everything! The logo & flourish concept was created by the wonderful Amy Lewis.
The overall design & branding concept was put together by the oh-so-awesome-at-everything-she-does Netra Chetty. Honestly if it wasn’t for this women, my logo would have sat there being ignored for a LONG time (longer than it already has!) And a massive thankyou to Ryan at 16ninjas for the overhaul on the blog!
So to celebrate the new-ness of the blog, there is a little competition. Please sign up to the mailing list (in the above menu) by the 12th October, and 1 person will win a $200 voucher towards prints & products for your next Photographic Session with Iris Creations Photography! Nice and easy!* Be sure to pass onto family and friends and let them know of super simple competition!
As mentioned in the previous post, book & pay for a session by the 12th October to receive the 2009 rates. 2010 Pricing and Product range will be starting as of the 13th. Sessions do not need to be held by that date, just booked.
There will be more news to come, many new products to show off, and lots of sessions to present, but for now, some images, taken over the last few months, in preparation for today, where we PAINT THE TOWN RED!

* SOME past clients may have already been added to the mailing via optioning in on the information form at the time of your previous session. You are automatically entered into this draw. Please sign up above, just to make sure!
Met this lovely lady last week for her Maternity session. Looking forward to meeting your baby in a few months!
I hope you enjoy your preview!

I met this gorgeous couple on Saturday for their Maternity session, to be followed up soon when their baby arrives!
I hope you enjoy your preview!

Have to say, as a photographer, this is my favorite maternity session to date. How many babies do you think?!
Yes – this gorgeous mum is about to have twins! I couldn’t help but admire you, S, I struggled with one, and yet they are measuring at the same size – EACH! All the best and I cannot wait to meet your babies!

I’ve known this family for nearly 3 years now, having photographed Miss ’soon to be big sister’ when she was just 8 weeks old. Then Mum & Dad’s wedding almost 2 years ago. Number 2 is on the way, and I cannot wait to photograph the bun in a few weeks!
I’ve kept Mum waiting on this preview.. and after some very sad news this week, I hope these put a smile on your face. Take care xxx

(This last photo is very sentimental to Mum – her grandmother made this jacket secretly just before she died, and then it was presented to Mum when Miss A was born. We HAD to photograph it!) Hope you enjoy the preview Mum xxx
ETA: Had to add this last image of Miss A – she is just too cute!
