EKKK I’m behind on blogging again! lots to post, however for now here’s a small (well it was going to be a small taste) taste of the gorgeous wedding Janet & I of LE Photography photographed a few weeks ago..

I love weddings that are unique, you know the feeling as a guest, your see your family and/or friends getting married, declaring their love and it being about THEM – Every detail is unique to THEM. Well this wedding takes the cake. Firstly, the wedding was held in Timbarra, a tiny “town” pretty much in the middle on NOWHERE, with 2 permanent households. Bring on a wedding, and the populartion soared to over 150!

Brooke & Minas met in this tiny natural haven, and therefore that’s where they got married. Everything was just perfect!! Enjoy the visual feast!

Ok it’s been a while since I’ve posted, and I have to thank my very patient clients! What a month it’s been. We’ve had computer dramas, (all sorted now!) and then a trip to Brisbane for the wedding of the year! I’m now back in action in Melbourne, however desperately playing catch up. So if you have emailed in the last 7-10 days and haven’t heard, we are getting there and will be in touch!

37 Weeks – Melbourne Maternity Photography

I’ve known this family for nearly 3 years now, having photographed Miss ’soon to be big sister’ when she was just 8 weeks old. Then Mum & Dad’s wedding almost 2 years ago. Number 2 is on the way, and I cannot wait to photograph the bun in a few weeks!

I’ve kept Mum waiting on this preview.. and after some very sad news this week, I hope these put a smile on your face. Take care xxx

(This last photo is very sentimental to Mum – her grandmother made this jacket secretly just before she died, and then it was presented to Mum when Miss A was born. We HAD to photograph it!) Hope you enjoy the preview Mum xxx

I don’t usually post wedding previews here, however for this one I simply had to! This GORGEOUS bride is a friend of mine from High School in Brisbane! The “Melbournites” I think we were called…

The Bride & Groom have been together since High School when she returned from two years in Brisbane to her old high school in Gisborne. I was absolutely THRILLED when she asked for LE Photography {AKA Janet & Myself} to photograph her big day.

There had been rain predicted for the morning, however there was no sign of it and the sun shone BRIGHTLY the whole day. (So bright that I was burnt to a crisp. (Note to self – pack sunscreen next time. Mind you I say this every time and never learn)

So onto some images – and as a treat (haha) there’s even one of me!

Congratulations guys, it was a beautiful day!

I was lucky to photograph Sarah’s Maternity & Newborn images last year, and in March this year – their wedding!
Janet and I (Coming Soon – Le Elsker Wedding Photography) had a ball with the colour and personality at this wedding. I think we laughed more than photographed!

After a stressful day with weather, and let me tell you – it was a TYPICAL Melbourne day (can you hear Crowded House singing?!)
Sunshine – clouds – rain – HAIL – sunshine – rain. That was the pattern all day!
But what a beautiful scene it turned into!
