thePROJECT – Melbourne Baby Photography

I want to post all the images at once, but that might be a little much, so here’s a few more.  The weather has been interesting in Melbourne, one day nice, the other HOT, the next COLD.

I arrived home from Tasmania, we spent 36 hours at home, and then off for a roadtrip with Janet & Bec to Koriot to visit some friends.  Ash gets carsick,:(but everyone had a lovely time!  We took the kids out for very posh “coffee”, and  Eman and his friend had a ball washing the car…

thePROJECT – Melbourne Baby Photography

So I went away in January, to Tasmania.  So how to do thePROJECT!?  Well a clever plan came about!

The plan was that Bec would take a photo and email it to me, to which I would take a photo of the Iphone.

WELL. I didn’t have reception most of the days, and another you simply couldn’t see the screen on the phone. So yes in these the particular image had to be overlayed, yes… it’s cheating a little bit.

BUT there are my kids, on the right days and I did take the photos on the right days (at least of my phone)

So a big thanks to Bec for helping me out!

The 19th, Ashton was OBSESSED with playing with my suitcase.  Until it fell down, on his foot!  (no nothing was in it, but it was still a little heavy for him!  He was fine!)

Another installment coming very soon.  I’m hoping that I will catch up in the next few days and hopefully keep the days on time soon!

Mr M, 12 days new – Melbourne Newborn Baby Photography

This gorgeous boy kept his parents waiting a little while!  They had planned to have Christmas Day in hospital, but then found themselves still waiting for their little baby!  So, on a rather WARM day, I finally met Mr M!  He is such a sweetheart!

I hope you enjoy your preview Mum & Dad!

Meet me in Cognito – Melbourne Music Photography

Some of my blog readers and clients know that my photography career started in photographing live bands, as well as theatre & performance.  As this is such a different form of photography, I will soon be launching a dedicated website – GHS Photographica.  But as we know these things do take time, so for now, you can join me via the facebook page HERE.  If you know any young unsigned bands, feel free to pass the link on!

Below are some of the images captured at the Ding Dong Lounge in Melbourne recently, of the band, Meet me in Cognito.
