I simply had to post a few more from Miss J’s session. I have totally fallen in love with these two for a few reasons. A, She sat (kind of) happily in my pram (which I’ve had for a number of years, however it hasn’t had MUCH use in photography until lately!) and also because of the expression on her face. Now 99.5% of the time we try to get our children to “SMILE!” for the camera. Saying this to them, is not going to make them smile, normally it just makes them more nervous! As I say to all my clients, I’m not here to take a gallery full of images where the baby is “smiling” for the camera. Sure, smiles are REALLY important and who doesn’t love a baby with their mouth smiling gummy goodness, but it’s images like these below that really make me tick
